British Columbia immigration has conducted a new large all-program draw, bringing to 1,073 the number of invitations issued in the last two general draws.
The September 4 draw saw 546 invitations issued through the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program, the largest all-program draw of 2019.
In four out of five featured streams, minimum scores dropped for skilled worker and international graduate candidates.
The direct provincial skilled worker stream required a minimum score of 93 points, compared to a minimum score of 96 points for the Express Entry skilled worker stream.
Under the direct provincial international graduate stream, the minimum score was 98 points, against a minimum score of 100 for the Express Entry international graduate stream.
The entry level and semi-skilled worker stream recorded a minimum score of 77 points.
