Skilled workers and international graduates were the focus of a new draw conducted by British Columbia immigration on November 12, 2019.
The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program draw saw 409 candidates receive invitations through five streams.
The direct provincial stream for international graduates recorded a minimum score of 100 points, compared to 102 points for the Express Entry international graduate stream.
For skilled workers, the direct provincial stream required a minimum score of 93 points, with the Express Entry skilled worker stream requiring 99 points to qualify.
BC’s stream for entry-level and semi-skilled workers registered a minimum score of 75 points.
