A new draw through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program saw 153 Letters of Advice to Apply issued to skilled workers and international graduates.
The April 9 draw saw LAAs issued through three MPNP streams.
Skilled Workers in Manitoba received 123 LAAs, with the lowest-ranked candidates scoring 500 points.
International Education Stream candidates received 14 LAAs.
The final 16 LAAs went to Skilled Workers Oversea candidates with a minimum score of 714.
