Manitoba immigration targeted three streams in a new draw through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, issuing 218 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs).
The January 28 draw saw LAAs issued to skilled workers and international graduates.
Skilled Workers in Manitoba received 178 LAAs, with the lowest-ranked candidates scoring 518 points.
International Education Stream candidates received 23 LAAs.
The remaining 17 LAAs went to Skilled Workers Overseas candidates through a Strategic Recruitment Initiative, with a minimum score of 681.

Manitoba stated that 13 of the 218 candidates had valid Express Entry IDs and job seeker validation codes.
