Ontario immigration has issued Notifications of Interest to Express Entry candidates with Comprehensive Ranking System scores as low as 439 in 10 target occupations.
In an August 15 Human Capital Priorities draw, 997 NOIs were issued to candidates who submitted profiles between August 15, 2018 and August 15, 2019.
Candidates required CRS scores in the range of 439 to 465 to qualify for the draw.
Ontario has now issued 6,958 NOIs to HCP candidates during 2019.
