Alberta Issues Express Entry NOIs To Candidates With Scores As Low As 352

Candidates with Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System scores well below 400 were once again issued Notifications of Interest by Alberta immigration.

In an August 7 draw, the oil-rich province issued 35 NOI letters to candidates scoring as low as 352.

Alberta continues to be a good option for candidates with lower CRS scores.

The province has now conducted 20 draws in 2019, with 19 of them featuring lowest CRS scores of 400 or below. The lowest targeted candidates score 300 points.

As of August 13, 2019, Alberta has issued 3,601 of its 6,000 federal government nomination allocation.

The province also has 1,550 applications awaiting assessment.
