Express Entry candidates with Comprehensive Ranking System scores as low as 300 were targeted in the latest Alberta immigration draw.
The June 21 draw saw NOI letters sent to 262 candidates.
It was the 16th NOI draw conducted through Alberta Express Entry in 2019.
As of July 2, 2019, Alberta had issued 2,767 nomination certificates this year, out of its federal government allocation of 6,000.
The province also has 1,866 applications awaiting assessment for eligibility
