Manitoba immigration issued 196 Letters of Advice to Apply across three provincial streams in a new draw through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.

The November 19 draw saw LAAs issued to skilled workers and international graduates. 

Skilled Workers in Manitoba received 144 LAAs, with the lowest-ranked candidates scoring 526 points.

International Education Stream candidates received 30 LAAs.

The remaining 22 LAAs went to Skilled Workers Overseas candidates through a Strategic Recruitment Initiative, with a minimum score of 769.

Manitoba stated that 40 of the 196 candidates had valid Express Entry IDs and job seeker validation codes.
