Canada immigration news: As part of Manitoba’s special immigration measures to aid those impacted by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the province has conducted a fourth targeted draw.
The draw took place on May 20 through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. It saw Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued to 13 candidates, requiring a minimum score of 60 points.
