Ontario has conducted two new Expression of Interest draws through the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), issuing 622 Canada immigration invitations.
The draws were conducted on January 24, 2023.
The first draw came through the Ontario Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream. It saw 620 invites issued to candidates scoring 82 or above on the EOI points grid.
In the second draw, two invitations were issued through the Ontario Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream to candidates who qualified for the federal Economic Mobility Pathways Project, which targets refugees for immigration as skilled workers.
To qualify for each draw, candidates needed to have created profiles between November 22, 2022 and January 24, 2023.
