Candidates who reported errors during the recent opening of the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream will still be able to register, Ontario immigration says.
The stream opened on Thursday, November 26 but closed again quickly due to a technical issue with the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) e-filing portal.
The province says all users who reported errors will be able to register for the stream will be contacted by the OINP.
Ontario says it registered 1,426 applicants during the opening, and that the stream will not reopen again in 2020.
The Ontario Employer Job Offer category is aimed at candidates who have a job offer from an Ontario employer.
For the International Student Stream, candidates are required to have graduated from a publicly-funded Canadian college or university.
