A new Quebec Expression of Interest saw the province issue 365 invitations through the Arrima system, by far the largest draw of 2020.
The September 24 draw was aimed primarily at candidates with a job offer, but also included other criteria listed below.
This was the first Quebec draw since June 18, when seven invitations were issued. Arrima draws have slowed to a trickle as the French-speaking province tackles the coronavirus crisis.
Candidates receiving an invitation have 60 days to submit a full application to the Quebec Skilled Worker Program.
Quebec has issued a total of 395 invitations in three draws during 2020.
